Rabbit orders are filled weekly by order pending availability. Typical weights are 3-4 lbs and charged per pound.

These are the same rabbits we deliver to our restaurants. Cooked version is roasted with veggies for 24-48 hrs then drained/ground then freeze-dried and packaged. Raw version is ground rabbit only. All grinds include meat, bones, and organs. Shelf-stable in a resealable bag with oxygen absorber.

Chicken eggs are collected, inspected, washed, and packaged daily.
